Where

Oxford classes are held at Old Headington Village Hall, Dunstan Road, OX3 9BY,  in the small room at the back of the building. Go to the top of the car park and walk left along the path. There is plenty of parking.

Fridays between 4-5pm

£5 payable on the day.

Booking

The venue holds 4-5 socially distanced mats so if you would like to confirm your place please contact me - other wise drop-in. This is a small, cosy, informal class and we communicate regularly by email.

Private one-to-one sessions are available by arrangement.

Accessibility

Parking available. There are no steps. Toilet facilities available.

What to bring

Wait at least an hour after food; wear any comfortable clothing; bring something warm for the relaxation, and your yoga mat .

Equipment

Foams, bricks, bolsters, belts are provided and sanitised between classes, and if you have a favourite prop you are welcome to bring it.
